1. Revoke a platform connection
This is a private first-party tool used only by its owner. The owner may use the private studio's owner revocation control to disconnect a platform connection. For YouTube, that owner-initiated revocation begins deletion of the related credential and Authorized Data.
- Open Instagram and go to Settings and activity.
- Open Website permissions, then Apps and websites.
- Under Active, select Philistinie Social Studio-IG.
- Choose Remove and confirm.
TikTok and X
For TikTok, use TikTok's authorized-app or app-permissions controls to remove the Philistinie Social Studio connection. For X, open Settings and privacy, then Security and account access, Apps and sessions, and Connected apps, and revoke the studio connection.
YouTube and Google
- Open the Google security settings page while signed in to the Google account that owns @Philistinie.
- Select the Philistinie Social Studio connection.
- Choose to remove or revoke its access and confirm.
Revoking a platform connection stops new API requests. Revocation does not by itself delete content stored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X. The studio separately deletes API Data stored in its own systems as described below.
The studio checks YouTube authorization at least every 30 days. If the owner revokes the connection through Google security settings, the studio removes related YouTube API Data and credentials as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after revocation.
2. Request deletion of stored information
Email philistinie@gmail.com or send a direct message to @philistinie with the words Data deletion request. Identify the platform and account whose information should be deleted. For YouTube, identify @Philistinie or channel ID UC4ezzY2TsK5CQmwxIbLh_DA. The owner may ask for reasonable verification before deleting information to prevent an unauthorized request.
3. What will be deleted
- stored profile, channel, and owned-media metadata associated with the request;
- stored comments, replies, messages, and engagement data made available through an API;
- stored YouTube API Data, including video and playlist metadata, thumbnails, comments, replies, and analytics snapshots associated with the authorization;
- OAuth credentials and connection metadata associated with the account;
- local plans or drafts that are not required for legal, security, or audit purposes.
Deleting data from Philistinie Social Studio does not delete data held by YouTube. To delete a video, comment, playlist, or other resource on YouTube, use YouTube or YouTube Studio, or separately approve an API action that clearly identifies that deletion.
4. Timing and necessary retention
After a verified direct YouTube deletion request or an owner-initiated revocation through the private studio, stored YouTube API Data and credentials are deleted as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days. A revocation made through Google security settings is detected through authorization checks performed at least every 30 days; related YouTube API Data and credentials are removed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after revocation. Other verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Minimal security or legal records that do not contain YouTube API Data, OAuth credentials, or deleted personal information may be retained when required to document a security incident or legal obligation. Any retained record is limited to that purpose and is not used for marketing.
5. Confirmation
A confirmation will be sent through the same verified contact route when deletion is complete or if additional information is required.
