Terms of service

A private tool for an authorized account owner.

These terms describe the limited four-platform purpose of Philistinie Social Studio and the responsibilities attached to its use.

1. Acceptance and authorized use

Philistinie Social Studio is the owner's private, first-party tool and is used only by the owner for the owner's Instagram @philistinie, TikTok @always_philistinie, YouTube @Philistinie (channel ID UC4ezzY2TsK5CQmwxIbLh_DA), and X @philistinie2. It is not a public service and does not manage third-party accounts. By using the service, the owner agrees to these terms and to each applicable platform's terms, policies, and requirements.

2. Service purpose

The service provides private tools for analytics, content organization, editorial planning, engagement review, and specifically approved publishing or moderation actions. Features may change as platform APIs, permissions, or access tiers change.

3. YouTube terms and API use

The service uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, the operator also agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the applicable YouTube developer policies and Community Guidelines.

A separate reader uses the exact https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly scope for authorized channel, content, playlist, and comment review and the exact https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly scope for private channel-performance reporting. A separate writer uses the exact https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl scope for owner-approved YouTube actions. These permissions do not transfer ownership of any content and do not authorize automatic posting.

4. Account and content responsibility

  • The operator must connect only accounts they own or are authorized to manage.
  • The operator remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights status of published content.
  • Credentials, approval keys, and private dashboard access must not be shared with unauthorized people.
  • The service may not be used for spam, deceptive behavior, harassment, or unlawful activity.
  • Before approving a YouTube upload, the operator must ensure that the upload complies with the YouTube Terms of Service, including the Community Guidelines, and does not violate another person's copyright or privacy rights.

5. Approval requirement

Every remote action requires a human-readable preview that identifies the platform, destination account, content, visibility, and material consequences, followed by explicit owner approval. A scheduled time, trend match, draft, or recommendation is not permission to publish. The service does not auto-post.

6. Availability and third-party platforms

The service depends on third-party APIs and infrastructure. Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, or another provider may restrict, delay, reject, or change an operation. The service is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with those platforms beyond authorized API access.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended when credentials are compromised, identity checks fail, platform rules require it, or continued operation could create an unauthorized remote action. The owner may discontinue the service and revoke any platform connection at any time. YouTube access may be revoked through the Google security settings page.
